Home to over 33,000 residents of all different backgrounds, the neighborhood once filled with large families has seen an influx of youthful residents and culture in recent years. With affordable housing, proximity to downtown, and consistent economic improvement East Austin continues to attract residents from all walks of life.
Although East Austin has its fair share of recently developed condos selling anywhere between $100,000 and $200,000, many of the homes in this popular community are nearly eighty years old.
